Strutta CEO Speaking at Vancouver Enterprise Forum Next Week

Our fearless leader, Danny Robinson is speaking at the Vancouver Enterprise Forum this Tuesday, October 23 at 5:30 pm.

Our speaker roster will include veteran Vancouver startup executive Danny Robinson of Strutta, who has raised more than $100 million from investors over time for his various technology venture successes. In addition, attendees will hear from Jonathan Bixby of Strangeloop Networks, who raised $11.5 million in funding from angel investors, one of the largest rounds of private Series A financing for a technology start-up in Canadian history.

Heather Conradi of GrowthWorks Capital will act as moderator as we hear intriguing anecdotes and war stories from the front lines of early-stage technology financing.

The evening will also feature quick snapshot presentations by two new ventures: Clearvision Technologies Inc. and Augurex Life Sciences Corp.

This light dinner/networking event should be of interest to business entrepreneurs in every industry, and will provide a unique forum for networking with members of the technology community, including some of our top local VCs and entrepreneurs.

The event will be held on Tuesday, October 23 and will be back at the VEF’s old location in Science World (for this month only).
